The state of California requires sellers of property, or their agents, to provide these Hazard Disclosure Reports to potential buyers. The reports cover geographic hazards that may impact a property.
Disclosure Safe launched in 1999, using the latest Geographic Information Systems to digitize map data. This GIS technology allows us to create an "error free" environment where consistent and proven mapping of hazards can be applied - virtually eliminating human error from our process.
We didn't stop with digitizing the maps, we automated the entire process. This means we can complete reports in less time with fewer people than most of our competitors who are still relying on paper maps and manual processes. Thus the name, DisclosureSave.
